This sound bath will be accompanied by ambient frequencies to to support us through the current energy.
Join Cynthia for an hour long sound healing journey. Immerse yourself in the frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. The harmonic resonance and vibrations of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. These states can regulate the nervous system and usher in a state of calm and relaxation. Each of her bowls align with one of the body's energy centers (chakras). By allowing our systems to be fully immersed in these tones we allow for our energies to be cleared, shifted, aligned and rebalanced. The frequencies they produce help our energy fields to shift out lower vibrations and open to higher, more transformational ones. This brings us into a state of harmony, wellbeing and alignment with our higher selves and Source. Cynthia channels energy for the group while playing each sound bath. The energies and sounds of the bowls can shift depending on what the group needs at that time. This means that every sound bath is a unique experience.

Immerse for 30 minutes in the frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. The harmonic resonance and vibrations of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. They also help to open our chakra energies and allow them to clear and receive.
Connect with Source and align to your soul's highest potential with 60 minutes of Theta Healing frequencies, assisting crystal energies, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Cynthia will channel energy for the whole group during the crystal bowl sound bath and then give each person approximately 10-15 minutes of personal hands on Reiki to help ground, clear blockages, and restore balance and flow to your energy.

Join Nicole Torgensen & Cynthia Sutton for a relaxing summer evening of gentle stretching and sound healing on the lawn at Retzlaff Vineyards. Surrounded by their quaint vineyard tucked away in a quiet location close to downtown, Retzlaff is the only 100% organic certified winery in Alameda county, and the perfect location to unwind with gentle movement for all ages and levels.

Class will begin with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by a 45 minute crystal bowl Sound Bath meditation.
