Immerse yourself in frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls.
The harmonic resonance of the bowls help to induce Theta brainwaves that activate healing states for all our bodies: mental, emotional, physical, and energetic. These states can regulate the nervous system and usher in a state of clam and relaxation. This brings us into a state of harmony and wellbeing and alignment with ourselves and Source. Cynthia channels energy for the group while intuitively playing each sound bath.
This means that every sound bath is a unique experience!

Join Cynthia for a 90 minute Reiki & Sound healing journey!
Immerse for 30 minutes in the frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. The harmonic resonance and vibrations of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. They also help to open our chakra energies and allow them to clear and receive.
Connect with Source and align to your soul's highest potential with 60 minutes of Theta Healing frequencies, assisting crystal energies, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Cynthia will channel energy for the whole group during the crystal bowl sound bath and then give each person approximately 10-15 minutes of personal hands on Reiki to help ground, clear blockages, and restore balance and flow to your energy.
You will leave this experience feeling stable, grounded and energetically refreshed!
