This crystal bowl sound bath will be accompanied by frequencies emanating from mother earth!
Join Cynthia for an hour long sound healing journey. Immerse yourself in the frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. The harmonic resonance and vibrations of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. These states can regulate the nervous system and usher in a state of calm and relaxation. Each of her bowls align with one of the body's energy centers (chakras). By allowing our systems to be fully immersed in these tones we allow for our energies to be cleared, shifted, aligned and rebalanced. The frequencies they produce help our energy fields to shift out lower vibrations and open to higher, more transformational ones. This brings us into a state of harmony, wellbeing and alignment with our higher selves and Source. Cynthia channels energy for the group while playing each sound bath. The energies and sounds of the bowls can shift depending on what the group needs at that time. This means that every sound bath is a unique experience.

With the holiday season approaching here in the United States we tend to turn our thoughts and attention to connecting with family & friends through Thanksgiving.
But what about our Spirit Helpers? We receive so much assistance from all manner of guides and ancestors. Those that protect us, those that help us to receive messages and blessings, those who just are there to help us know we are not alone on our journey.
Come and sit in celebration, gratitude and the most genuine of heartfelt appreciation for all the energies and beings that have helped us thus far. We will partake in Cacao made with coconut milk to assist in opening the heart chakra. Inviting our guides for a time of connection in an unconditional love fest! We will share out stories of the most profound moments we knew our guides were with us. We will tone, sing, rattle and drum our way into a wonderful expression of love. Through this sound offering ritual we will drop in and connect deeper to ourselves and our ancestors.
This will be a small intimate group experience you do not want to miss!
We will have a small altar if you wish to bring an offering for your guides and ancestors. You are welcome to bring a personal item, that you will take home at the end of the ceremony, to be imbued with energy from the altar as an exchange of gratitude.

The new moon on November 30th will be in the sign of Sagittarius. This new moon will bring in positivity and the vibrations of optimism in the face of adversity. This energy is the perfect for calling in Galactic assistance from our Star Ancestors and receiving downloads and light language activations to upgrade our Divine Blueprint.
The Galactic helpers are beings that hail from distant stars, galaxies and other dimensions. Many of these races have already been assisting us throughout time and are opting to show up to help us in our transcendent energy as we collectively anchor in the new timeline.
Join me in circle as we learn about some of the Galactic energies that are coming forth to assist us. Some offer unconditional love, others come forth to assist with technologies, innovations, higher wisdoms and souls purpose alignments. We will invite our Star Family to connect with us and deliver any downloads or activations necessary for the future version of self we are becoming. We will also spend some time focusing on anchoring Galactic assistance for the collective to progress and awaken.
After a time of sharing and discussion we will drop into meditation and open a portal to commune with our fellow beings of light. Cynthia will draw Oracle cards for each person as well as for the collective. We will then set personal intention and invitations, and a joint intention for the entire collective on the planet. We will go DEEP into our downloads with cosmic frequencies and crystal singing bowls. Cynthia will channel light language activations and any messages for both the group and you and an individual.
