Immerse yourself for 45 minutes in the frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. The harmonic resonance and vibrations of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. They also help to open our chakra energies and allow them to clear and receive.
Then indulge in 45 minutes of Theta Healing frequencies to connect with Source, release outdated energies and call in your highest timeline potential.
Cynthia will run energy for the whole group during the crystal sound bath and then give each person approximately 10 minutes of personal hands on Reiki to help ground, clear blockages, and restore balance and flow to your energy.
